Setting up Synapse 3

To use Razer Chroma devices, you need to download and install Razer Synapse 3 software and install the Chroma Connect module (part of the Synapse 3 install process).

Once installed, open Synapse 3 and switch to the Connect tab, and make sure that Chroma Apps is enabled.

Then select Chromatics in the list and make sure Enable this app is selected. You may need to run Chromatics at least once for Chromatics to appear in the list.

Troubleshooting Razer Devices

In the case that you are having issues with Razer devices, make sure Razer Chroma Studio is disabled as this can conflict with Chroma Apps and cause flickering. If you continue to have issues, try uninstalling Chroma Studio.

You can also try closing Synapse 3 completely in some cases.
