Chromatics has the ability to connect with ACT for extra effects relating to DPS, HPS, etc. tracking and other instance-related effects. Integration is done with a plugin for ACT which is provided in the Chromatics installation.
Follow these steps to get ACT connected with Chromatics:
Open Advanced Combat Tracker (ACT) as Administrator.
Click on the Plugins tab and select Browse.
In the Open Dialog box that opens, navigate to the folder where your Chromatics installation is:
If you used the installer, this will generally be C:\Program Files (x86)\Chromatics.
If you used the portable version, this will be wherever you run Chromatics.exe from.
Select the file ChromaticsACT.dll within the Chromatics install directory.
Select Open.
Click Add/Enable Plugin.
Ensure the Enabled checkbox is selected.
Run Chromatics and you should be ready to go.
Reflects your current job class, this field will automatically change based on your current Job class. This allows you to setup different thresholds per job.
Default: Paladin
Sets the mode for the ACT Tracker mode, the available options are:
DPS - Tracks DPS as set by the DPS threshold.
HPS - Tracks HPS as set by the HPS threshold.
Group DPS - Tracks Group DPS as set by the Group DPS threshold.
Crit % - Tracks Crit Rate as set by the Crit Rate threshold.
Direct Hit % - Tracks DH Rate as set by the DH Rate threshold.
Crit & Direct Hit % - Tracks both Crit and DH Rate as set by the CritDH Rate threshold.
Overheal % - Tracks overheal rate as set by the overheal rate threshold.
Damage % - Tracks Damage rate as set by the damage rate threshold.
Timer - Sets mode to track ACT timers.
Custom Trigger - Sets mode to track ACT Custom Triggers.
Flashes the keyboard when the ACT mode threshold is met.
Flashes the keyboard when an ACT custom trigger is fired.
Flashes the keyboard when an ACT timer expires.
